Moreover, the finished products undergo lab testing to ensure that heavy metals, allergens, and microbes are not present in the final product. This rigorous process adds to the cost, which is reflected in the price of our products.

You can write to us at help@bspokewellness.com, and we will share all the test reports for the product you purchased. Soon, we will launch a portal where you can check the test and quality reports for your batch of products by entering the batch number.

All the research is available on our platform. Simply log in, and you can access the research and studies supporting our products.

Shopping with us is simple. Browse our products, add your selections to the cart, and complete the checkout process. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use this link to monitor your order’s progress.

We offer a 7-day free return policy for eligible products.

To request a return:
Log in to your account and submit a return request.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.
Once approved, a courier will pick up the product from your registered address within 7 business days.

Terms of Return:
Products must be in their original packaging and unused.
Refunds will not be processed if the product has been used or damaged during the return period.
Products purchased during sample sales are non-returnable.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed within 10–12 business days post-inspection. Share your bank details at help@bspokewellness.com.

Online Payment: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days post-inspection.
